That's quite a claim but an accomplishment that has taken the collective understanding of generations of Paso Roblans and savvy newcomers to realize that with the mild seasons and classic California landscape on the central coast Paso Robles can't be beat.
As a result Paso Robles has grown from an historic Wild West town with Jesse James prowling these parts to a sophisticated world renowned wine region. This is an area of much diversity physically as well as culturally. The weather is conducive to outdoor activities all year around from visits to the ocean as well as the lakes. Our rolling, golden hills covered with distinctive oak trees transition to the beauty of grape vineyards and hidden hot mineral springs.
