Having the Franklin Hot Springs located just outside of Paso Robles allows anyone the comfort and relaxation that go hand in hand with a soothing dip in the medicinal waters. The mineral hot spring waters offer a wide range of benefits and are recommended for those who have bodily pains such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, burns, arthritis, poor circulation, and other disorders. The waters may also aid in increasing metabolism, accelerate healing, soothe muscles, improve blood circulation, and detoxify the body’s lymphatic system.

Offering water that is a constant 100.1° F in the hot tub area and 97.3° F in the swimming area the Hot Spring water feels just right. The water is a positive-charged, ionized mineral hot spring made up of potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, and floride the leaves the ground at 100.1° F.

The Franklin Hot Springs not only offer a soothing dip in their medicinal waters but also a chance to see wildlife and go fishing and boating. Some of the fish you will find in the pond are Largemouth Bass, Black Crappie, Channel Catfish, and Bluegill; you may even find Turtles, Bull Frogs, and a family of beavers. If you are quiet you can also see the Coyotes, Mountain Lions, and Foxes that use the pond as a watering hole.
